Application Procedure
If, after making an accessible information request or complaint, it has been rejected, if there is disagreement with the decision, or if the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a claim. A claim can also be initiated if twenty working days have passed without receiving a response.
The claim can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through the other options provided in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Since then, daily partial reviews of new or modified web content have been carried out, including templates, pages, and final documents published, to ensure compliance with the accessibility requirements of the UNE-EN 301549:2019 standard, considering the exceptions of RD 1112/2018, of September 7.
